A. Chadwick Stern, Vice President

Chad Stern has been with Essex River since July of 2003 fulfilling a key role in analytical support and asset management. Since starting at Essex River Mr. Stern has assisted in the acquisition, assemblage and management of approximately 1.5 million SF of commercial property. He is responsible for financial analysis, tenant services and project coordination and has recently been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Asset Management .

 

Mr. Stern spent several years teaching skiing in Lake Tahoe, CA, Aspen, CO and Sugarbush, VT before he worked as an environmental consultant at Tetra Tech, Inc . In 1999 he moved into education, first with the Lighthouse Charter School, Orleans, MA and then in the Admissions Office at Phillips Academy Andover.

 

Mr. Stern holds a B.A. from Middlebury College in Vermont.
