Tom Palmer, Senior Property Manager

Tom Palmer oversees the property management of Essex River Ventures' Boston Portfolio. He comes to Essex River with over twenty years of experience in Facility Management and Finance. Previous to joining the company, Mr. Palmer was Director of Facilities with Schneider Automation Inc. He was responsible for over one million square feet of leased buildings ranging in size from five thousand square feet to over six hundred thousand square feet. He was also a Division Controller at a Canadian location for Schneider.

 

Mr. Palmer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley College and a Financial Planning certificate from Boston University.
